Delete your data
Sentenzia has no accounts: each phone or browser plays with an anonymous ID. Here's how to delete everything about you.
From the app (right away)
Open Sentenzia › Settings › Delete my data (on the phone or the web, wherever you played). This deletes:
- From the phone: your record (name and avatar), your decks (My decks only exist on the phone: unless you've shared them, there's no copy), the cases you've already seen, the accepted terms, the room you were in and your answer about usage statistics (if you'd agreed to them, they're switched off and their ID is deleted).
- From our server: your anonymous ID, your inbox cases, your notices, your block list, your trace in other people's block lists and anything you wrote to us. In an open room your seat becomes “Deleted player”, without your name, and the game carries on for everyone else (if you were presiding, the presidency passes to someone else).
The phone's language and sound settings stay, since they say nothing about you.
If you no longer have the app
Rooms delete themselves: pleas and the inbox when they close, and the rest within 26 hours at most; an abandoned room closes after 6 hours.
For anything else (what you wrote to us, or the record of a purchase in RevenueCat), write to hello@hlrstudio.dev: since there are no accounts, tell us roughly when you wrote and what it said, or the store's order number.
The Pass
The Pass belongs to your store account (Apple or Google) and isn't lost when you delete your data: get it back with “Restore purchase”.
What isn't deleted because it's nobody's
The game's anonymous statistics (counters with no names, text or IDs) and crash reports already sent, which carry nothing of yours and delete themselves after 90 days.
Laugh with someone, never at them.
